"Dainty" Clippie Trio

This is a sampling of my darling "dainty" clippies, a colorful set of 3 alligator clips adorned with sweet, high quality ribbon. Each clip is embellished with a satin flower and topped with a matching embellishment. The alligator clips measure 1 3/4".


Dainties are perfect for girls of all ages. These clips are the ideal summery touch for any little girl’s hair. They come in a variety of shapes, colors, and sizes - a dazzling match to any summer dress!


Like every alligator clip designed by Colorful Kisses, these clippies come lined with a non-slip grip.

"So Big" Felt Flower Clippies

This is a sampling of my adorable "so big" layered felt flower clippie. This clip is embellished with a layered and stitched felt flower topped with a beautiful matching embellishment. The flowers are attached to a coordinating ribboned alligator clip measuring 1 3/4". The width of my "so big" felt flower hair clippie is approximately 2 1/2".

Like every alligator clip designed by Colorful Kisses, these clippies come lined with a non-slip grip.

The' so big' clippies are one of my personal faves. They make a 'big' statement without any effort!

New Style! Felt Flower Snap Clippies

Introducing a new style of felt flower snap clippies! Each clip is intricately handcrafted with the clip sewn securely inside a layered felt flower in a variety of yummy colors. The felt flower is embellished with a coordinating button, gem, or rosette, etc.

This flower clip is approximately 1.75" and is perfect for young girls, toddlers, or babies. Each hair clip is individually stitched by hand, so, some minor variations may occur.

I am currently working on a large batch of these clips in a vareity of color combinations, and styles to be added to my upcoming online boutique!

Delicious Designs

I'm off to a fabulous photographer tomorrow to take my little girl in for photographs. Amy offered to take some photographs of my product as well for my up and coming online boutique! As you can see, I've been busy creating fresh new inventory for the photo shoot which will be available in my store next month! Don't they look sweet enough to eat?!

Decor: Anything but ordinary

I love finding new, innovative uses for the simplest of things. Here I've used an wire daisy photo holder purchased from Target quite some time ago. It wasn't getting the use it deserved, and it was too cute to toss in the garage sale pile. It makes the perfect clippie holder for my little girl's dresser, and adds a great mix of color to her darling nursery!

My Studio: Simple Storage Solutions

Recently, we moved into a new home, and I'm in the process of putting together the craft studio of my dreams. The goal for my space is to have it an extremely organized place of pure creative inspiration. I thought I'd share some sweet and simple storage ideas that are helping me reach my goal...

Wondering what to do with that wire easter egg tree you just HAD to have? Spool together some of your favorite colorful ribbons, ric rac, and lace and gently tuck them into the egg holders. A wire cupcake tree works great as well! The ric rac and lace trim almost resemble little roses...

Stack spools of ribbon in old jars to add color to your workspace!

I LOVE buttons! What better a way to display color than in these inexpensive old-fashioned jars from IKEA. The cute fabric bundle in the background is designed by Plaids & Prints.

Use old kitchen towel hangers, or closet hooks to organize your scrapbooking embelishments, and ribbon packets.

My craft studio is nearly complete. Check back often for additional storage solutions, and new photographs!

Playful and Darling

Above is a small sampling of Colorful Kisses' adorable medium layered felt flower clippies. These clippies are embellished with an embroidered layered felt flower and topped with a matching embellishment. The flowers are attached to a coordinating ribboned alligator clip measuring 1 3/4". The width of our medium felt flower hair clips is approximately 1 3/4" round. Like every clip designed by Colorful Kisses, these clips come lined with a non-slip grip, and our ribbon is heat-treated to avoid fraying.

Wear these clippies seperately or as a pair! Playful and darling, they are the perfect accessory for any outfit!
